Anyway, today is the thursday of the 1 week only sept holidays. Brings me anxiety. EOYs are like 3 weeks into school reopening. 0 _ 0 I mention this in every before-holiday-end post--- brings me anxiety. - _ -
I am beginning to read 金庸's 鹿鼎记 again. Bought the books when i was in P6 but gave up on the second book. I'm now on the second book and I can know why I gave up. IT'S SO BORING... And 韦小宝 is so 欠扁!!!! > < Haha. See how long I'll last on this series.
Just now my tuition teacher came and saw the 鹿鼎记 on the table and he asked who read it. I said I was reading it and he said "I thought 鹿鼎记 is for boys?" GAH.

I've not blogged from a freaking long time now cos I felt retarded writing in a blog... Since there's facebook and all the hype already. Blogging is getting less popular. But lemme refresh my state of mind and continue my blogging hobby!!!
Anyway updating this blog on life in Singapore. The general elections have (LONG) gone and so is the presidential elections. Our new president: Mr Tony Tan!!! Rejoice. This week is the 1 week school hols and Mooncake Festival is coming already too. But my mum refuses to buy mooncakes cos' they're overpriced, yes they are. But I really wanna taste of some snow-skin mooncake and especially my favourite green tea flavoured ones!! DX Hope Ah Ma will get some good 'free' mooncakes from her friends. She ain't gonna buy any too. Bet she can just 坐等 since she knows very well that a free flow of em' will come her way anytime this week. LOL.
Anyway on my anime life... I've dropped Hanasaku Iroha because it has become draggy, plotless and thus unwatchable for me. Now I'm loyally following the most absurd and comedic anime of all time--- Nichijou!!!!! XD I totally love all their gags and daily lifes which I can totally emphatise with! I am just starting to watch Mawaru Penguindrum. I got interested after watching a certain disturbing episode 8 of the series. I watched a steampunk anime Last Exile a few weeks back too. The graphics are great. But it the shallow plotline wasn't my cup of tea - _ -" Next season!!! There's Fate/Zero and Last Exile-the silver wing. They're supossed to be big-budget so I hope these will turn out good. Better be.
I'm mainly following the mangas 'seiyuu-ka', 'A bride's story' and 'kaichou wa maid sama' now. Pretty good titles.
TOTALLY WANT a Sayaka Miki Figma! Hasn't come out yet though... She's my favourite character in the series! And Madoka Magica is epic goodness.
There's the apocalyptic movie I am Legend playing on channel 5 now... Really wanna watch but my mum doesn't let me. Urgh.

I realized I only studied additional math-indices for the weekend. There's still 2 more chapters to go and I have not studied other subjects at all. I die? 0 _ 0
My dad helped me take my new IC photos using his DSLR camera. I decided I had to retake the photo cos' the school photo had my hair with a centre parting which is quite unsightly. Elections!!!! PAP lorry keep passing by my block... 2 times today. And I saw and heard the oppostion party SPP lorry come by for the first time today!!! :-O cool. So bye.

This is a post dedicated to a new anime reccomendation!
I recently got hooked to this Spring 2011 anime called 'Nichijou'. It's an UBER funny slice-of-life and comedic anime. Anime fans have dubbed it the 'azumanga daoih of 2011'. Plus, the Nichijou is by Kyoto Animation, the same company that produced K-ON!
At first, when it first came out I didn't bother to watch it and dismissed it as some mundane anime. But I came across the anime ending song by chance. I loved the song so I decided to check out the anime. It didn't disappoint me. Boy, this anime is one of the only ones that make me laugh really hard! Lemme show you a clip of the anime. I showed it to my dad and he laughed too even though he normally wouldn't like to watch any mundane comedies. It ain't really considered a spoiler, since slice-of-life anime don't actually have a plot.

Today's the British royal marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton... In fact the marriage was already over. My brother's now watching the wedding's broadcast on channel 5. Somehow I don't really like the idea of people sensationalizing the whole royal marriage. I mean, many people are love the idea of 'happily ever after' as of in classical fairy tales. But yeah in real life it's not the case. The royal couple will be put under way lot of stress to maintain a perfect image of a happily married fairy-tale couple. But anyway congratulations to the pair for getting married. :)
On an unhappy note, mediacorp couple Michelle Chia and Shaun Chen are getting a divorce. :( After getting married for a few years. :(
I had chinese oral today!!!! Fortunately it ain't graded :)

Today's my birthday!!! I'm 15!!!! Yay! Thanks all friends(especially seeying, sze teng, stella, yuehui and yilin for those wonderful gifts) and family for celebrating my birthday with me and the cards and gifts~~ I'm stuffed cos i had had crab for dinner shared with my parents, grandparents and brother! I also have a mango cake, which I'd probably be eating for breakfast! :) i didn't have any presents this year from dad. I asked for a Mato Kuroi figma but the amk hub game shop said it will only be stocked 3 months later. :( anyway I'm waiting for the madoka kaname (from madoka magica!) figma to be released. Then I'll preorder it online!!!! >:-) i hope that'll come true. :-O According to mikatan's blog, the madoka kaname nenodroid is going up online tomorrow! I saw the pictures. Madoka is so cute~~~~!!!! XD

27 April, which is tomorrow will be my 15th birthday~~ WOOHOOO!!!! EGO!!! :D
Anyway deviating, SNCO gets GOLD WITH HONOURS!!!!! It was announced last thursday already and I was kinda stunned. Then some people started crying(in happiness?). I was just (i repeat)STUNNED. Everyone said gaoyinshengs performed better in SYF than in other practice days. Maybe it was because we were nervous. Actually it felt very unreal on the stage. I felt detached. But anyways CONGRATULATIONS to SNCO for getting a wonderful gold with honours!! We deserve it with all the hard work we put in!! :-))))For Jubilate SNCO will be playing shui zhi sheng and yao zu wu qu. I'm so excited to play yao zu wu qu!!!!! It's a very lighthearted song with plenty of fun chords parts for gaoyinsheng!! Can't wait to practice yao zu wu qu in cca this week!

Strongly recommended. Madoka Magica finally came up with the final two episodes too and I watched it last friday. It was quite a satisfactory ending but there could've been more dramatic impact, which is what Madoka Magica is great at. Maybe the one month delay was made to change the ending in order not to disturb the emotions of the Japanese who are going through a disaster of their own? 0 _ 0 anyway please watch Madoka Magica. It's one epic anime which will change the definition of 'mahou shoujo" forever.

Hey! Camp was this week from monday to wednesday. IT WAS FUN!!! Save for the fact that the toilets were all squat ones and were always choked and the locks rusted and defective. :-( woohoo! 3 Unity for the win~~
I've been obsessed with figmas recently. I wanna get one for my next birthday!!! 27 april~~ I'm wondering whether to get a Black Rock Shooter or Luka Megurine. Or Mato Kuroi-- that's if she's on sale in Singapore. I bet anime fest will have MORE. I want Good Smile Company to make Madoka Magica figmas!!! T _ T Speaking of Madoka Magica, I'm seriously upset cos' I just went to the anime blog Moetron and it said that the LAST TWO EPISODES WILL BE DELAYED TILL FURTHER NOTICE. I'm FISHING shocked.
1. WTH delayed till freaking when???
2. WT* last two episodes??!
I know I'm being selfish seeing the plight of the Japanese now. But still. :-P I'm shocked!!!! My bro said there might be a season 2. There better be.
ANYWAY back to reality. I'm going to watch some piano concert by a pianist called June Song tonight. I hope I won't fall asleep(bcos i don't appreciate classical stuff... although I play the piano myself!).......
AND as mentioned in the previous post, I've finished reading The Ring. In like, 3 days? I've never watched the movie before, but I'm guessing th movie's plot is entirely different from the original story. The movie is depicted as a scary horror movie film but the book's genre is more of the supernatural, mystery and sci-fi. :-O It does get quite creepy at times but the plot's mostly about finding clues and solving a mystery...

ERHM. Today I went to Nex. It is HUGE!!!!! WHOO! My mum and I went there to see the newly-opened Yishun Public Library. It's on the rooftop of the gigantic shopping centre and there is only 1 storey. But there is a wide array of books!!!! it did not feel like a library though cos' it was quite packed with people and was fairly noisy. I borrowed the chinese-translated version of "THE RING", the original japanese novel which was made into a film. I borrowed the same book once at Bishan library. But the words were read out vertically and I gave up reading it because I couldn't get use to moving my eyes up and down instead of left to right LOL. But this brand new book had horizontal wordings(ftw!!!)!!! YAYE. I think i might be the first one to bend its spine though :( LOL. I hope i can finish it. It might improve my chinese...
After that I had to go for piano lesson so my mum and I made our way to the circle line. I went to the toilet. guess who I met? Enle!!! LOL. Apparently her friend is gonna cosplay as some character in 'Prince of Tennis' and she was putting on make-up. Enle's gonna be the photographer. SO COOL! But I seriously wonder what they were doing in Nex of all places. :-O
Then after that I went for my piano lesson. My teacher inquired about the Japan tsunami events and radioactive rain. (P.S SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO THE PEOPLE OF JAPAN)And I told her it depends on wind direction. And then she asked me what's the link between earthquakes and tsunami and I explained that it is because of the collision or diversion of plates. AND THEN SHE ASKED "WHAT ARE PLATES??" And after that I felt I was a genius. LOL.
After piano lesson I passed by a korean restaurant. There was a dish "BIBIMBAP" and it immediately reminded me of youtuber Ryan Higa's video. And cheryl chan.Hm. I took a photo of it.

It WAS raining and I remembered the stuff about radioactive rain. :-O I checked my skin for any signs of tingling or 3rd degree burns. there was none.
PHEW.
I sure hope rescue efforts in Japan are going strong. And I wish the nuclear power plant will not experience meltdown!!! Stay strong JAPAN!!!

4.5 hours of gruelling CCA!

Today SNCO, or at least ME had a gruelling practice of 4h 30mins. Some of us 'principle players' had to come at 9am in the morning and then prac until 1.30pm. I felt dizzy after the whole thing cos' I blew too much air :(
I watched Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica episode 10 today. Badass as always. XD There's so much tension and suspense!!!! I wish Good Smile Company would release Madoka Magica figmas soon! I wanna own them~~
Anyway right I was doing some science project thing online just now. It was quite tedious having to edit the whole reference part. But I think the other team members have worse things to do so I'm okay. :-P

HEY! Long time no post... actually because got nothing much to write about. School life's as dreary as it gets.
I think i just started a legacy just now. I was playing the piano just now by myself. Then after i finished playing I hear other pianos of my neighbours being played. It's like, maybe, when the mothers hear me playing they're like,"SEE YOUR NEIGHBOUR PLAY PIANO! YOU ALSO MUST PLAY PIANO!!!" And then forces the poor kid to do so. Haiz.
ANYWAY about school so now I'm in 3 Unity. They're these bunch of Hwa Chong guys, apparently the elites of the their own schools who are having an interaction for this week. So it's damn weird cos now they're like enjoying a harem of girls or something.... Or like sore thumbs sticking out. Hm. I use good description :)))
Plus I've been addicted to Malay Curry recently. I eat curry like 3 times a week... Or less... I hope. It's kinda unhealthy but I like curry so who cares!!! XD Now the Malay store auntie recognises me whenever I come to her stall... Sometimes gimme discount. It's so cool!
DEVIATION:I just finished deleting 170+ spam mail. :-( I understand there are people who get thousands... But still. Good luck deleting those, pals.
Today before Chinese lesson EnLe felt sick so Seeying, beile and I brought her to the sick bay... I've never seen it before! It's this small room behind the stage in th hall. It has 2 small beds(it has pillow(s) and a blanket!) and a drawer in between the two. Oh, there's a single movable fan too. :-O SUDDEN REVALATION~~
Watch Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica people!!! It's such a dark and scary anime...

heyy I'M BACK!!! After not posting for a long time. There's nothing much to post about anyway. SYF is coming up soon in April. There was extra prac today. I'm still wearing my CO tee now! I'm quite nervous for the regular skills check thing. I'm really excited for the chinese new year celebrations! Although it also brings me anxiety to remember that CA1 comes quickly after that. :-S
Everyone please watch Mahou Shoujo Madoka! It's the only mahou shoujo anime that you can find which has dark themes. It's worth a watch and it gets better every episode. Read seiyuu-ka too!!!! XD

TODAY IS MIO AKIYAMA'S BIRTHDAY!!! OMG. haha. Yuehui's birthday was 5 days ago.
I just watched the 2nd episode of a new ongoing anime "mahou shoujo madoka magica". It's so cool! Although it's a mahou shoujo anime, but it has dark themes and some weird but wonderful animation. The setting is furturistic. Summary taken from anime44.com : Madoka, an ordinary second year of Third Takihara Junior High; one day, a girl named Homura that looks exactly as she appears in Madoka's dream transferred to her school. From that meeting with a miraculous girl, Madoka have to stand against her new fate as a magical girl.
Everyone should go watch!!! Watch the opening song below. The song and animation is awesome too:

Can't believe it's 1 January 2011 already tomorrow!!!! 0 _ 0 And that in 3 days time... Holidays end and school reopens. AGAIN. More infinite mugging... :( Haiz... terrible sia. I dunno if I'm gonna stay up late for the 2011 countdown. So tired. See first.
YESTERDAY had cca. I was late. We played the new SYF song!!! XD So fun! After cca me and some CO people had to keep chairs because we were late. But I went to keep my instrument first. After that I forgot all about that penalty and walked to the school gate with cheryl and yen wen. Oops. While I was in CCA mum and bro went to plaza singapura again for more daiso products. And she bought 2 more anime figurines!!! woohoo! XD So now almost got the complete collection. Left one which is at ying xuan's house. My mum says no stock... :( Nevermind.
Dad bought a new phone... Samsung Galaxy S!!!! OMG it's so cool! It's Android! XD

Plaza Singapura yesterday

Yesterday afternoon ah ma and mum and I went to plaza singapura for fun~~ We ended up shopping at Daiso for most of the time we had. And we bought huge bags of random $2 each stuff. (duh) The top storey of plaza singapura has got LOADS of otaku shops man!! There was otaku house and I went in for fun. There were some cosplay costumes on rent. The saleswoman(could i call her that?) said it was $50+ for a week of rental... hm...The shops were mostly selling marvel comics/ star wars/game/anime merchandise, but there was one that was dedicated to selling replicas of guns ad swords.They were obviously very expensive.
After dinner at xinwang. (I LOVE XIN WANG FOOD!)
We took the escalator down to the mrt but along the way there was a shop selling japanese plushies and other merchandise. And dunno-who spotted anime figurines on sale for only $3!! The before price was $14.70 and now it's $3!!! It's a steal! I didn't know anything about that anime but ah ma agreed to buy 3, 1 for my cousin. When I got home I had a hard time deciding which one to give my cousin. In the end I picked the 2 that me and my mum agreed we liked.

So cute right!!!! And thus the two join the figurine parade atop my piano~~

yaye~~~ Today there's gonna be Kuragehime episode 11. LAST EPISODE!!!! *cries* KURAGEHIME IS ONE OF THE BEST ANIMES I'VE EVER WATCHED!!!!! Make more episodes!!! I can't wait for ep 11 to come out... :D

It's been raining so much recently. Monsoon season.

Today I had to go for a regular check-up. I was supossed to go for cca but timing clashed so got excuse don't go :))) heheh. When I was at the waiting area a lady approached random parents to ask to join this experiment where their child have to engage in some simple activities while their brainwaves are in check. Then the results will be compared to that of autistic children. Then she approached me and mum. I decided to go for it because firstly it was an eye-opener and secondly there is a $20 reimbursement for your 'time and effort'. :D So later after my check-up I turned up at the venue which was nearby. However we waited for so DAMN long and no one attended to us except to tell us to 'wait for a while'. So in the end mum and I gave up... - _ -" haiz. Waste of time.

Big LOL. ANYWAY juz now i tried to read the new "romeo and juliet" play book bought from the school bookshop earlier this day. But end up? Damn cheem and boring!!!! :( How am I going to survive literature?! Even that sci-fi novel "The Chrysalids" I hoped to be interesting turned out to be... urgh. Some overly expanded plot that could be compressed into a 10-page kiddy picture book. Ok fine I'm exaggerating but still!! :-s Maybe I'm not made to appreciate english literature.

The above is a photo of my first, new K-ON poster pasted on the wall above my bed, beside my piano!!! XD Yui-chan and friends will watch over me in my sleep~~ gomenasai if this sounds wrong/dumb.
Just now I went to Novena with my mum after lunch and buying uniforms. Then my mum suggested that I go on the free make-up trial thing at "SaSa", a make-up shop cos' she had a free voucher. So I went through the whole make-up process. And now. I look like some evil woman. I have fake eyelash extensions, brown eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner etc on my eyes. my cheeks are red. - _____ - I do not want to describe this any further or post a photo on my blog. Ok fine I look KINDA nice at some angles but at most angles, I don't... I freaked out when the make-up artist handed me the mirror after the whole process. SHOCK! HORROR! Or maybe, hopefully, I 'm just not used to make-up on my face. Then AFTER THAT I met sarah by accident near the toilet. I had no time to evade. So I said hi and she said hi back. Fortunately she did not freak out. NEXT I spotted Tiara at a clothes shop. She didn't see me so I decided not to say hi in case she freaks out so yeah... :-s
My mum and I met up with aunt and cousin ying xuan and we introduced them to that shop so end up we spent another hour there shopping for make-up products.
Now I'm home! I RECEIVED YOUR FREAKING (sorry) LETTER YUEHUI!!!!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDD
And yes, i love to write stuff to you in green... I can't help it.

Long life anime~~~

MERRY XMAS FOLKS!!!! I know this is late But ANYWAYZZ... MERRY XMAS AGAIN!!!!
I sent xmas cards(actually, letters) to Yuehui, Seeying and Ingrid! AND THEY LIKED THEM!!!!!!!!!! yaye~~ I wanted to send a letter to yilin too. I sms-ed her for her address. And she gave me many retarded replies... :( As expected from ms dai yang tian!!! :-O So i gave up - _ - "
GOOD NEWS~~
I freaking passed my sheng exam!!!!!!!!!!!! I received the NUS letter yesterday. I was seriously expecting myself to fail all the while. I imagined the head of the letter saying "Dear sir/madam, we regret to inform you that your son/daughter/ward did not pass the NUS chinese instrumental exam etc... Please collect your certificate of participation at blablabla". So I was SHOCKED to see that I had passed. The letter's head started with "congratulations". 0 _ 0 WTF? (sorry)You know the rest. I practically shouted for joy at the car park.

Oh and last week I went to johor, malaysia with family to see see a shopping centre called... what was that again? Ah, never mind. Then my brother and I came across this chinese manga magazine in popular which was quite cheap so we bought 2. AND there is a pull-out K-ON poster!!!OMG. Now that poster resides beside my piano on da wall~~ :-D I love K-ON!
A random note.... Yesterday night I drew Ritsu from K-ON!! It now resides in my sketchbook. I will be posting the photo of the drawing on facebook. Soon. I know watcha gonna say. ZILIAN. Whatever.

YES I'M BACK FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!!! YESTERDAY~~took lots of photos and videos~!!
Wow it was really cold there especially up on Tianzi Mountain!!!The scenery was great at the Three Gorges and Zhang Jia Jie. :) Best thing: IT SNOWED!!!!!!!!!!!! We experienced the first snow of the year in Zhang Jia Jie. XD Obviously China isn't as interesting and fun as places like Taiwan but it is really scenic. :D
Yeah I hate the cold there. Temperatures were as low as 0 degrees celcius. :-O My feet and fingers felt NUMB :(
LOL on the 2nd last day in the bus the local tour guide there promoted and sold the pirated versions of iphone and ipad to the singaporeans in the bus!!!! Very cheap lah. The ipad is like 0 _ 0 smaller than the original. About half an A4 sized paper!!! :-O and some functions are like Android. My brother said "IPAD 2!!!!" when he saw it. LOL.
Another epic quote stated by a lady at the dinner table abroad the cruise ship. This was when she realized the waitress's age and felt that she was very mature: "很快熟...好像面一样..." XD Everyone at the table laughed!!

I went to Far East Plaza yesterday. Me and yingxuan shopped there while the adults went to have high tea at a hotel. JEALOUS!!!! :(
So anyway we window shopped around. So many cute clothes and accessories!!! WOW. Many korean style clothes too. We tried some clothes for fun.
THEN at the topmost level, there was this toy shop so we went in. AND i spotted k-on figurines!!! oh my gawd! i asked the price of one figurine but the shop owner said only can sell whole set which is very expensive. After seriously lots of persuation, she agreed to sell me the yui hirasawa figurine!!! :D YAYE... I'm so happy so I'm announcing this on my blog...Now I have yui sitting on the top of my piano. YUI-CHAN~~~!!!

This morning I tried to do some volunteering at Plaza singapura again WITHOUT notification. Turned out there were too many (WTH) volunteers and thus I couldn't join in. 吃了闭门羹. That concludes my wasting half and hour PLUS, rushing from the Bishan station all the way to Dhoby Ghaut. - _ - *RANTS* On the up side :) I got to see the many exotic fishes at the fish shop in the mall. - _ - Ok this is SO random.
OK anyway a recap about yesterday!!! I went to the new mall "NEXX" located near Serangoon circle line MRT with mum, yiyi and ying xuan, my cousin. I have to say, too many malls in singapore nowadays are given weird names. :-s First, it was Ion, then... IT WAS NEXX!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA... :-P Imagine an elderly auntie saying her grandson in chinese, "ah boy ah, 明天我要去那个什么啊？"Ness" 什么的..." Ah boy: ??? bad choice to garner support from the older generation... - _ - is this a conspiracy to allow only young kiddos to enter?? LOL.
ANYWAY Before that we had dinner at a Japanese restaurant along thomson road. The restaurant had almost no customers when we arrived. Then obviously we ordered some foodstuff. And OMG there was pickled radishes in one of the side dishes!! MUGI'S EYEBROWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :3 If you are a true fan of K-ON, you'll know what I mean :)))OKOK i put a K-on video below so you'd understand~~

so anyway afterthat we went to Nexx. It is such a HUGE mall!!!!!!!! SO big!!! There were huge crowds every way we go!!! SO freaking crowded. we had to squeeze through all the people. Reminds me of the time when Vivocity first opened. The shops there were selling a lot of interesting apparel and of course, there were many restaurants! And there was Isetan inside! WOW isetan sell a lot of korean style clothes which were damn cute :D We shopped for a while. Mum bought me 3 ankle socks LOL. as we shopped, it got very late and we had no time to explore the last storey. :( you've got to visit this mall, peeps!

In a few days time I'm going to China! It feels unreal~~ 0 _ oIt's gonna be so cold.:-s But not as cold as beijing. Good luck, yuehui! hehe. mum is packing the luggage now. I think i'm allergic to the woolly clothes. I get block nose everytime i go in contact with them. :(

RANDOM: met yuehui yesterday !!!

It's 1st December!!! Time passes so fast.... SIGH. :(

I did some CIP at Plaza Singapura 2 days ago. It was the 2nd initiated CIP i've ever done in my whole life!! :-O It was actually quite fun although i didn't go with any friends. We were given the charity drive polo shirts! Free shirt!! But very short made me feel uncomfortable. I made a sec3 friend there from SCGS called Huifen. She's very fun to talk to! :D Other volunteers there included a korean NUS exchange student called eun ryong. OMG i've never spoke to a korean before!!! XD She can speak english quite fluently and is learning some chinese. So cool! And she likes Rain. LOL i thought he was already outdated. :-P There was also a vietnamese. WOW. And a middle aged volunteer who was was outgoing and funny :) the guy in charge there was from NUS (WOW). The job: Staying at the counter to wait for people to donate money to the "MILK " fund. For every $2 donated, a heart will be contributed to a large "christmas tree". It aims to collect some 30,000 hearts (I forgot the exact number :-P) so this could be put in the Singapore book of records. At first there were few people. Then gradually more came to donate. One lady donated $50!!!!! 0 _ 0 what on earth!!! For lunch, volunteers were given a Kopitiam card to share and buy food. me and Huifen had pepper lunch!! WOOHOO! free food!
Things got kinda slacky after a while so the person in charge told us to attach some "hooks" onto a whole box of hearts so they could be hung onto the wire mesh of the fake "tree". XD At 4pm when i finished the shift I handed the CIP form. And went home. and realised that i forgot to bring home my waterbottle. :-O i must go back someday to get it back! :(

ahem. This is really random but last week i watched the tv premeire of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian on channel 5 with my extended family. There was this point of time whereby a girl Lucy asked mighty lion-guy Aslan if she had been brave enough. The WTH answer: "If you had been any braver, I would be a lioness." That line was so weird that it took me some time to register what it meant. Then later on at the end of the movie the prince-guy wore an ancient costume that consisted of what looked like a skirt. I laughed and pointed it out. My uncle said, "If you had been any braver, I'll put on a skirt." It made sense and I laughed like siao. XD

Vacation is arriving in less than a week's time!!!!! XD Can't wait!!!!

manga/anime stuff

I finally finished "Someday's dreamers ~Summer Skies~". It consists of only 2 volumes. It's about a girl called Sora who goes to the city to become a magic user. A magic user helps people carry out their wishes. Along the way adventures, challenges, friendship and romance unfolds... However the plot twist is that Sora has heart disease and will die. :-O It sucks that the story was so short. It really could have been extended. The character design is awesome and the plot is quite good just that some things are left unexplained which sucks too. The ending is just so sad!! :( No spoilers, everyone. Go to mangafox to check out the first 2 chapters. I read this on a chinese manga reader. XD
I've also started on a new anime "Otome Youkai Zakuro". The opening theme is "moon signal" by SPHERE. Mainly about vanquishing demons and romance between humans and half-spirits. The plot is getting quite cliche and cheesy here but I'm still watching it cos' there's no other decent ongoing anime, save for Kuragehime. That anime's plot is getting intriguing!!! :-D For your information To aru majutsu no index II sucks!!! >:-(

Hatsune Miku Live!!!

My brother introduced me to the vocaloid Hatsune Miku's "live" concert and I was like WTF (ok no offence). It really LOOKS like Hatsune is just standing there! Or a person in a suit! So realistic! According to a youtube video description, the producers used 3D Hologram technology. Hm. Makes me wonder about the amazing things of modern technology. Of course Hatsune's voice is digitally created so frankly the whole concert is made of a live band, an autotuned voice recording(i know i'm being mean), animation and crazy fans. :-s But the songs are unexpectedly catchy. Ok i shall put 2 videos of the concert. 1st one's "World is Mine". The second is "the disappearance of Hatsune Miku". Please watch and listen AND be awed.

Ok anyway a recap on life. Yesterday and today was my cca camp. It was QUITE fun actually. The comm played this horror movie-- the eye. It wasn't scary at all. In fact it was filled with unfitting soundtracks that create anti climaxes, draggy plots similar to Incredible Tales and cheap scares. There were some parts the directors tried to make it funny and it was like, low class jokes from that of JackNeo's latest movies. - _ - Cheryl and I were laughing at the supposedly scary scenes. Especially the front part when a possessed person licks the monks around her. We laughed. It felt like a scene from a parody of a movie. The last part of the movie was the worst. It was far fetched and childish.
At night when everyone was supossed to sleep it got boring and thus cheryl made up a story about a good pontianak and it dragged on such that the pontianak suddenly became an undead magician because it sounded cooler to both of us. :-D LOL. I wasn't disturbed by the movie at all. - _ -

I had my flu jab today. Now my left arm is sore... :(
I went to AFA last week. I am disappointed!!! I thought there would be k-on official posters but there wasn't. I expected to see anime CDs but NOOOOO~~ My wishes for a glimpse of k-on's houkago tea time II album was left unfulfilled. The merchandise selling became extremely repetive after a moment of browsing. Same anime, same merchandise. And some were verely overpriced, like the anime shirts, which weren't extremely well made. But on the bright side there were lotsa cosplayers, an amazing sight!!! I saw many hatsune miku cosplayers while entering suntec. There were very elaborate costumes too but i didn't know what anime they were cosplaying. Camera flashes galore!!!! And, of course, merchandise galore, especially figurines. I went home empty handed... - _ -

Yesterday vanessa, yuehui and I went out together!!!!!
First we went to vivocity... the visit was brief as we realised it was quite boring. We had some food at Burger King!! Fries+ Onion rings + hersheys pie + burger(vanessa). Then we went off to somerset 313... and went to coffeebean cafe. Vanessa had some hot chocolate with small marshmallows floating on top! :) i tasted one marshmallow. :-D It wasn't peak hour so the place was so quiet... no people. Like ghost town!!! :-O guess it wasn't the peak hour.
Then we went to check put forever 21 for a while... Then we checked out the new Apple gadgets at Epicentre.
Next we decided to go takashimaya!!!! Where we stayed the longest and till the end. OH MY GOD IT'S KINOKUNIYA!!!! Vanessa and yuehui went to see the stationary section... And i went to the (duh) manga section!!!! so much manga!!! manga galore!!! XD There's alot of manga magazines including one featuring K-on! But it was $22+ which was expensive... so just forget about it. Then yuehui found we otaku-ing and told me to check out the letter-sets at the stationary section. The letter sets are so intricate!!!! So after much persuation I decided to buy the letter set with cats!! Yuehui thought it was lame! :-P And i said"i succumb more to cuteness!!!" LOL! So we went to buy the letter sets... And then we went downstairs to eat ramen!!! A restaurant called "ajisan"(or whatever u spell it). I shared with vanessa. the noodles and soup were tasty. Reminds me of maggi noodles/instant noodles, chicken ambalon flavour. i wonder if that is good/bad. haha.
After that we went to see the swimsuit section of the department store cos' vanessa wanted to buy swimsuit. end up don't have the one she wanted and she had to go somewhere else. So we seperated... left yuehui and me.
We went to Art Friend at the 4th storey and laughed at the unneccessary art products on sale. Made a lotta noise. very funny XD then on the same storey got alot of other art shops so we go see see. I declared i wanted to go kinokuniya again!!! So i drooled at all the manga all over again.
lastly we decided to go home. But then we see all the expensive brands like louis vuitoon and prada etc and decided to take the dare to get into those "forbidden" shops. We didn't dare to go to Dior, burberry and louis vuitton etc at taka. All of them had big scary security guard men at the door. But we managed to muster up the courage to go into "Hugo Boss" which didn't have big-scary-security-guard-men at the door. we were laughing all the way. At the middle of the store we checked out a price tag of a pair of normal-looking jeans. it was $400+! Gosh! Then we zapped out of the door~~ We went to Gap too. But stuff there wasn't as expensive. Yuehui said "when stuff gets affordable, it's no longer high class". agreed. LOL...
Walking towards Ion Orchard we spotted Louis Vuitton. after much courage we stepped into it!!!! It was HUGE...! 2 storeys. "act rich!" i said. We realised there were no price tags on the products. On the 2nd storey a sales lady 白了我们一眼. (probably thinking "what are these 2 kiddos doing in a place like this?!) I informed yuehui and she decided it was time for us to get out. So we zoomed out.... Then we tried Georgio Armani but there was no-one except for a saleslady who would probably hound us out so we decided not too. I was smiling to myself all the way home from MRT.... hahahahahaha!!!!! XD

This morning i attempted baking. Twice.

ATTEMPT 1: spicy cheese cookies
Time: Morning
It turned out okay at first... while i was preparing the ingredients and everything. and then... the dough couldn't harden!!!!! I think the cause was due to me adding too much water. Then i put the tray of squishy dough blobs into the oven... it was only partially cooked and the insides were still soft and inedible(i didn't even try to eat it). So mum told me to throw the dough away and i did. it was such a waste since i used 8 PIECES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE which was exx. $$$ and i spent so much time on them!!! It was afternoon already after i threw it away.
CONCLUSION: fail :-(

ATTEMPT 2: Oatmeal Raisin cookies
Time: early afternoon
This was immediately after the failed spicy cheese cookies, i looked through the cookie recipes again and had the isane thought of baking oatmeal raisin cookies cos i had the ingredients at home. And thus i started working again!!! 不甘心!!! :( And it turned out quite tasty!!! XD yaye~~~ I just finished baking them and am now blogging... woohoo~! however some of them... the underside badly burnt... :-O
CONCLUSION: non-fail/ pass (?)

I love the mixing-the-butter-and-sugar-till-light-and-fluffy step... It's fun!! And reminds me of a k-on song "Light and Fluffy Time"!!! XD THE OTAKU STRIKES BACK!!!!

Going to the website to submit my choices now. I hope i dont regret any of it all. Yesterday night i went to attend the meet the parents talk with my parents. I got some idea on the subjects... and with that!! I pick... (unable to specify due to private reasons)
After that dad bought a computer-tv cable. We connected it to the tv... and wham!!! Full HD footage!!! So exciting!!! Then we went on youtube and tried the full HD 720p and 1080p videos... It was SO COOL. And i was practically screaming when i tried the HD k-on songs... oh my god! So epic!!! My brother went to sleep earlier because he said watching epic things gives him a headache and he did'nt know why. LOL. If there was HD streaming of movies... It would be so cool to watch it on tv! oh gosh.

anyways about the games carnival... according to yuehui our class's badminton got champion. Frisbee and Soccer got second. Our floorball... haha only 1 match win by penalty... lols! :D

Kuragehime episode 2 is out so i'm going to watch it now. I recently got hooked to a J-drama "Nobuta Produce" after a random search on mysoju.com. Stars Maki from hana kimi. It was interesting at first but got cliche and boring later on. It's like Korean drama. I'm at ep 8. Since there's only 10 episodes... might as well as finish it.

Hi blog!!! long time no see!
Getting back the last batch of papers from exams next monday. I'm scared of all of them!!! But especially lit. Haiz... I wonder what the students are going to do after Monday since there's still school. CCA cancelled on Friday... :(
I baked cookies last week with my mum last week. Supossed to be earl grey cookies but we replaced earl grey with our house's lipton red tea. It was tedious work but fun!!! Especially the cookie-cutter part!! Then i brought some to school yesterday and my pals said that they tasted great!!! woohoo! So I'm bringing more on monday. I think the cookie craze in my house is gonna last for some time. I think I'm gonna bake "Spicy Cheese Cookies" with Mum next. Gonna buy the ingredients~~ Please look forward to them!!! XD
I went to bras basah complex yesterday and bought a few piano books including Jay chou's one. So cool!!! Bras Basah complex is SO COOL. There're many music stores,has Art Friend and many second hand book shops. I spotted yui's guitar there!!!!!!!!!!! oh my gawd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found out the new anime called kuragehime... Only 1 episode so far but very very funny!!! I like the opening song. Simple and refreshing. Plus some parodies like star wars... LOL. There's also a manga.
And of course... K-ON! XD

yesterday my dad brought me to the gundam fair by metro at compass point upon request. OMG there were so many COOL gundam and tall gundam statues. Took photos. a lot of fans there. There were also tvs showing the history of the gundam anime series. gundam music also blasted from the speakers. I heard the theme song from gundam 00 and "reason" and "pride" from gundam seed/ destiny. So cool. Apparently the newest series is called "gundam unicorn UC" based on a novel. But the animation and characters look like they're from old school lol. my dad agreed to buy one and we did after much consideration!!!! we bought a GUNDAM UNICORN model kit... sugoi!!!! <3 yaye!!! There was a more expensive one which included an MS Cage. You must be thinking now, WHAT ON EARTH IS AN MS CAGE???!! yeah my dad and i felt like noobs when the salesguy fanatic said about it. Oh well apparently it's the storage place for the gundam where the people repair it, as shown in the anime. haha. Then we got a stage pass to take pics with the 1:1 gundam hand from Japan. but we figured it was a waste of time as the shoot took place 6pm and my dad carpark fee quite exx. so didn't take. There was also a lucky draw where we put our receipt in a Haro(if you know what i mean). Haro is so cute!!! it's orange :)))))(sorry for otaku terms)

my dad originally wanted to buy a red one which was featured in the showcase. We asked at the counter but found out that it was actually a customised one. The original doesn't look as BOOMZ. however it was a limited edition "titanium" and only-in-singapore type. dad decided it looked too cartoon-ish. and so dismissed it. plus it was exx!!! 0 _ 0
after we got home and after dinner, my dad and i decided to assemble it. After much effort of an hour, we only managed to do a teeny weeny part only. eye-squeezing, neck-wrenching work!! i tried to do it myself today but got confused by the instructions. Nvm ask my dad today to help. can't wait for it to get completed!!! oooo!!!! ><
Okay... i don't watch gundam but gundam is so freaking cool and awesome!!! > < i only watched bits of seed destiny. cagalli x athrun!!! <3 i might consider watching gundam unicorn... Plot seems intriguing. I think it's not a series but an OVA (original video animation)? :D whatever.
Oh yeah i went malaysia last sat. bought 2 kawaii teddy bears from Jasco. Their action city shop so cool!!! sell anime stuff... including Vampire Knight jigsaw puzzle. Yilin must be interested in this. hehheh.
This few days lyk never do anything much... slack around. i bet MANY ppl are mugging now. haizz...i only practice my pieces for MEP nia. :-P jiayou to you yuehui!! :D

It's finally here! The holidays! Although only one week. :( what's the whole point of holidays when students still have to study for EOYs? :(
ahem. Last Saturday i went Malaysia. organised by my brother's school. But i went to the same place thrice already so very boring man. There were many boring long bus routes. On the longest one, i listened to music on my phone... Then we also went to the famous shopping centre jasco at the end. Dad bought me 2 cute teddy bears! One big one small. It was a one day trip. We got home really late. The next morning i felt sick with headache and cramps. :( YESTERDAY i had claypot rice for dinner!!!!!

YOG opening ceremony was awesome... altho a bit messy. I liked the fireworks!!! Shoot so high until not blocked by buildings!!!! WOW. Didn't see anybody familiar on tv though. :(
No singaporean won any medals yet i think. Sad. Swimmer Amanda also lost. But she actually made it to semifinals which is very good for an asian already lah. I watched S'pore VS Iran for taekwondo also. Wah. Iran guy so pro so we lost lor. nvm.

I watched the movie INCEPTION with my dad today. I loved it. Mind boggling stuff as expected. I've never watched action movies in the cinema before so i wasn't quite used to it. The actors were great. The guy with the brit accent was funny. I admit i read a spoiler on the newspaper about the ending with the top spinning. Hehe. Cherylann told me some bits too cos i was too excited. Nvm. I heard some people go and watch the movie multiple times to analyse it. 0 _ 0
The national flag disappeared this morning from its hanging position this morning. My bro and i went to check it out downstairs but couldn't find it. Maybe it flew onto neighbours' window. Poor flag!

YOG torch relay starts in Singapore today... It's sad that it doesn't go to St nicks. It went to CHIJ toa payoh though. It's going to my bro's school at 4. My bro's gonna do some marching there. I can't go cos' got tuition. I was bathing earlier this morning when i heard a commentor shouting some stuff... I think the torch went past thomson and aitong when i was bathing. i dun really like this yr's ndp song... it's not even catchy. Even the 2 yog songs fare better. It keeps getting worse and worse each yr... i miss the years of 'deep in my heart' and 'home' etc. I think the songs got worse ever since P6. :(
i wore a bright red shirt with a cresent and 5 stars on top... and the word "singapore" at the back... haha. everyone thought it was special. XD it was given to me by someone.
before i got to the mrt i realised i forgot my handphone and wallet and had to rush back school to get them from class. thankfully seeying waited for me there... whew! close shave man.
SNG gave away free skipping ropes to everyone. apparently the counter can count the number of skips you make. hm... interesting...
after that i went to eat at jack's place with mum and bro. yum yum!!! ;P

Okay. Today i had NAPFA 2.4km rerun in the morning and i passed. wee hee!!! :D

I realised the full potential of my lousy predictions. During assembly before the pres was announced and declared that it was either melissa or vanessa who would win. The conclusion: YING YING won. :P
After i realised my lousy prediction i told yuehui maybe she should think the opposite of what i predict. I predicted that it would rain today. and it didn't. - _ - bad luck.
Next i reckoned that the new tau hway selling in the fruit juice store in the canteen would taste good. It didn't. Okay. It wasn't so bad. It was quite a big plastic bowl of it. At first when i ate it it was okay. Then as i continued i felt like don't want to eat. YOU KNOW THAT FEELING RIGHT???!!!! so i threw it away under the eyes of yuehui(who stared at me with big eyes saying 'i should bring u to africa'", joyce and seeying... LOL. And seeying said that she should bring me to "ao zhou" to witness starvation which was wrong cos' it's Australia in Chinese. The correct term is 'fei zhou'(africa). duh. i LOLed.
Apparently mdm lee math teacher told seeying to bring a compass that draws circles to school and she brought the wrong compass. the one that points north, south, east, west. 0 _ 0 we were all laughing at the mrt station at seeying.

Hi peeps. There was a crazy storm last night.had to wake up from my sweet dreams and close the windows. Today morning I went for lunch and saw that the shops along Thomson were all terribly wet. Guardian was the worst. All the merchandise were messed up on the racks. I wonder if orchard road is flooded again.

Erhems. long time no post again.
Okay. I've been hardwoking at playing my piano songs from my newly bought Joe Hisaishi piano collection book recently. I'm getting obsessed. I play more than 1h a few times a day. OMG the songs!!!! XD I finished playing Summer and Innocent (castle in the sky). I'm starting on a song called "Friends". It has a jazzy style... really special.
On the downside: i lost my piano cloth :(
Holidays are gone.... here comes school days and maths lessons again... ;-((((((

I got a serious sore throat a few days back. Now I'm on medication. the sore throat got better but now I have a runny nose and a terrible cough. :(

Like how to play tukus. And the sheng is not my type of sheng... It's the smaller performance sheng... :( Oh well. when we got home... we played the cd and it turned out to be a vcd with a old guy talking about sheng. haha. Like very cheem.

I watched the sound of music in music lesson today... It was AWESOME. I watched it when i was small and stupid on VCD. And I only watched disk 3. I didn't understand the plot. I didn't know what the heck the characters were talking about. I faintly remember the scene of children riding on a merry go round to a song. It's very very nice! I like the main character whats-her name, altho she's a bit MAD. lol. I wish I could finish watching it... but class ended :( Jubilate is next friday. My classmates say only 10 would be around the rest go attend... so they get to watch it!!! T _ T I don't!!! maybe... can borrow from library and watch... vcd so low quality (it's the era of HD, people! :D)... and i dunno where my house's sound of music went to. :(

Today after school, after ICT, it rained so damn heavily. I shared umbrella with Yilin. Her TINY umbrella!!!!
Then...
There was a small path and it was difficulty for 2 people to walk in. So, sacrificing myself(I AM SO SELFLESS lol), i dashed across to the nearest shelter which happened to be a bus-stop. I thought "nvm, i would only get a little drenched".
I WAS WRONG.
As i steadied myself at the bus-stop, i realised that i was actually seriously drenched. I felt like i was xiao-ming from one of those chinese model compositions----- 落汤鸡。My hair was so wet it was like i had just came out of the shower. My pinafore was drenched from dark blue to darkier blue. I realised my vision was blurry. Took my specs out. Thousands of raindrops formed themselves on top of the glasses.
OH.
I looked back at Yilin. She was no better, but at least drier than me what!! jkjk. Then we decided to use mcdonalds' toilet to change out of our wet pinafores and dry ourselves. On the way we met huiyi and yenmei. when yenmei saw me, she was totally shocked. haha. I think i looked like a mental hosputal patient. I felt REALLY stupid cos' i've never been drenched by the rain before SO badly. Then yilin and i took a "paikia" photo of ourselves through the mirror to commerate our stupidness. jkjk. again.
Then we made our wayto the mrt in our pe uniform. Which was "illegal". Bobian. I was thinking if mrs chan would pop out of nowhere and catch us. But she didn't!
In conclusion, this was the most stupid but funny thing that ever happened to me. HAHA. Special thanks to Yilin for lending me her umbrella... But in the end i still got wet. Nvm thanks anyway haha! This incident reminds me of a rainy joke!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)))))))))))))))))

TEMPLE!!!!

OUR CLASS PROJECTOR IS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

Our class went to an indian temple today... we had to eat with our hands... it was difficult for me cos' the lemon rice keep slipping from my fingers!!! :( i didn't finish my food. i am a waster... i know!!!
then we went to an air-con room where a lady talked abt the culture. i was glad there were chairs... it was okay at first... then it started becoming boring. the nice parts was the indian dance and the sari dressing part. I noticed that yuehui was becoming very lethargic!!!! just as i was amusing myself with drawing random stuff on our activity worksheet... we were told to get up for a a tour around the temple.
There was a guide but we couldn't hear him. I looked around the paintings, sculptures and stuff.... i don't understand why there's english words everywhere!!! maybe it's a new temple?

Back to school in the bus, sheryl kept doing her sheryl-accent!!!! XD then i tried imitating but major fail!!!!! ah hui told me it was impossible to copy her accent... maybe it's true!!!!!
End of story.....

Something really stupid happenened to me today.
I GOT STUCK IN THE TOILET?!!!
Ok. It was after music period then i go the 3rd storey toilet. I went in, locked the door, and couldn't get out. The pin was stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I panicked. I vividly imagined the history teacher calling the uncle guy and him bringing an aluminium foldable staircase to rescue me. And students laughing at me. The first person i thought who could save me was ah hui. So i rung her up.
IT'S AH HUI TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When she reached, she called me.
"Try to push the door and open the lock." she declared cooly.
AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeepppp. My piano exam over. Conincidentally, weiling was having violin exam at the same music studio!!! so ciao right?? COOOOL. The examiner was the old wise GANDALF(lord of the rings)ang moh wise specs guy. In order to protect his identity i will not state his name. lol. He was quite nice. :) i think i screwed up on my sight reading... :( and aural :((
anyway after the exam i felt a sort of immense freedom so when i came home i used the comp. Firstly i attempted signing up for a volunteer at NLB but was put on the waiting list... Then i found the ost song of The girl who leapt Through time. It ended up being a J.S bach song called Goldberg Variations 1. Found it on chongchong gang qin pu. Very nice song!!!! ><
sianzzz. I kinda feel like tmr not going to have school... tired...

I am currently obsessed with anime To Aru Kagaku no Railgun!!!! It's quite sick sometimes but really funny, with loads of action!!! :) WOO HOO!!!! micki told me today she was going to cosplay for a shugo chara character, and i kept telling her she was obsessed and siao lol. but it is kinda cool! :)

There's this freaking science project that's getting on my nerves! What does the school think we are? Scientists? Geniuses? Einsteins?! Haix. and for math we are now learning congruency similarity, etc. Damn complicated okay. Them the teaches still in on rattling like a bullet train thinking that our brains can take the overwhelming speed of her words! Urgh. tests are also coming really fast. I'm most terrified of the exams! The horrors!!!!!!:-( okay on the other hand of non school matters! I an reading Lord of the Rings-The Fellowship of the Ring. Bought it from a second hand book shop for only $2.70!!!!! It's a modern classic and rather addicting to read though it gets boring in some sequences. And it scares me to know that the main character, a 'hobbit' named frodo is actually 50 years old! But you should read it! This should be one of the thickest books I've ever read. But on its exterior it doesn't since it's words are quite small.

I am looking at the coursework slides to print. what the hell.... it's like 29 pages?! I had a printing crisis last night on printing the pages of reference for the science open book test yesterday. LUCKILY yuehui helped me print the last few slides!!! THANK YOU!!! But I wasted lots of paper printing one slide per page, and yuehui was like, "What?! Did you forget what club I'm in?" LOL.
Ok. PE was on javelin. Then I anyhow throw and the javelin spear thing spins around and keep landing horizontally a few CENTIMETERS away from me. gaaah!!! Then I keep laughing like mad larr what to do?
Then today recess which was after ACC I thought I lost my waterbottle/left it in com lab. And then yuehui hao xin help me run up and down the stairs to the com lab to find it. And ironically it was actually on the table behind us. The place where we sat before shifting. URGH!!! HOW BLUR CAN I GET???!!!!
Ok then art right we are supossed to do still life drawing of apple/pear. Then I draw until look like some striped bowling ball, only taller. SO i asked ms tey for help. And she helped me draw almost the entire apple. SO now 'my' apple is perfect due to that. SO don't tell me 'WOW ZHI JIE THE ARTIST!!!' when you see it cos' i'm not okay? :s
I wish we could draw manga in art!! THAT would be funnnn!!!!

Ok. First of all our form teacher is ms teh!!! The art teacher. I am STILL the Av monitor and so is yifan but she needs training :) There's this really irritating armchair for the teachers that is always in the way when I try to get to the 'power box' thingy. Even the science teacher says that it is unneccesary since teachers almost always stand up to teach. he told me to 'throw it away' LOL.
And I have nother job. CME rep. Btw, Mrs Gurong is the teacher in charge. Yuehui almost slept in her lesson today lols!! I did nothing. Maybe it is a slack job??
I practically FORCED yuehui to become the cip monitor by forcing her hand up when the teacher asked. WAHAHA!!! evil~~
Chen lao shi is our chinese teacher AGAIN. But she's only coming next week. The relief teacher is rather good. He's zheng lao shi. A guy. But he speaks very clear and strong(chen laoshi speak until like very soft i think) although quite strict luhh.

I'm getting used to the functions of my phone. It it rather easy to use after a while. VERY cool. I love my phone now. And I am starting to use quick english. I downloaded some anime into it too...
Yesterday I went bowling at Orchid country club with cousin! It was OK fun but I kept missing everything and getting gutter balls. Haix. Then I went to aunt's house for awhile and she did a 'facial and hair washing service' for me. I felt thoroughly refreshed afterwards LOL. Then dad fetched me home.
Then I got a nightmare and woke up crying. A very vivid dream :(
Ok. So TODAY my dad's on mc. And my mum's out on a driving lesson. So me, my bro and dad are at home. haha.
School's coming!!! :(
2J, 2L and sports class, the so called 'special case' classes are lined up together on level 3, block k. Hm. I hope I don't get lost/late on my first day. But I think so bcos this always happens. :(
Today's 31st december! The last day of 2009. Imagine writing 2 digits for the year of every text book /workbook etc for the rest of your life!! HAHA. I don't think I will be staying till midnight for the countdown cos' I'm a lazy dumbass so here's my new year resoulutions:

I got my new handphone today at Singtel shop, AMK Hub!! It's an LG Viewty GC900!! Touchscreen and 8MP cam!! I've tried it and the functions are real cool sia. Of course there's lots of massive discounts and I got it at like only $28 bucks. No plan. Nothing!! >< Awesome, eh? I'm not very used to the functions yet though. And I have to reformat the stuff from my old memory card.
And I thought I was gonna get a Nokia hp!!! ><
I have this gut feeling that I don't deserve it. Dunno why.
The homework on "science questions" I until now also damn blur. AIYA anyhow write luhh. GAAAH. School is coming!!! :( And I'm gonna have new classmates......

YEPP. The radio-like thingy that plays the sounds of my dvd, vcd players is dead. I dunno why., It happened during watching channel 5's MACHO LIBRE. haha. Maybe we should buy a new one.
Saw lots of perhaps pirated dvds at a pasah malam outside junc 8. There's lots of really cheap ones like cost only 8 bucks. And all studio ghibli's best works in a compressed dvd cost $10 er yi eh!! And cardcaptor sakura's 2 movies only $10!! La Corda d Oro complete 25 eps for also $10?! A steal but dad started nagging of us being 'addicted to movies and affecting our homework' and if we got 'addicted to doing work it would be good' when I mentioned of buying one of em'. I informed him of workaholics dying in front of comps but. Oh well :(

Heard of the movie AVATAR? It's a film by james cameron(titanic) and it's received awesome ratings. I'm gonna watch it tomorrow with dad. I can't wait!!! I hope it's as good as the ratings.

meanwhile i am starting on my history mindmaps. I've done the first chapter with markers. I've also finished the last question of my math hw that i had left idle. :)

Went to popular bookfest yesterday. Bought Jay chou and Korean drama song CDs. VERY cheap, like 9.90 each only. And somemore got 3 discs inside with abt 19 songs each. great deal! Also bought a nicey giant notebook, which I am using now to draw my very own fashion for fun HAHA. Then there's this japanese slot file that's got a really kawaii cartoon cat in france design!! And lastly a san-mao book. I've started reading it. It's simple but boring...

Forgot to say... I went with jennis to illuma to watch a movie, Gokusen abt 2 weeks ago. It sucked. I bought the second of d.gray man reverse at comics connection there!!!!>_<

YEAH. I'm BACK!!
the best parts of the trip was the day at Mt. Kinabalu. The air was fresh and nicely cold, like natural air-con... And there was this botanic garden there with loads of cool vegetation and features, like natural mini-rapids thingies(ER) and beautiful plants. Not to forget lucious light green foliage with DEW on top of them! I felt like I had stepped into some botanic documentary. :)

And the next best were the trips to the two sister islands. We stepped into the first island and spotted loads of FISH in the blue-green water, which the bottom could be seen SO clearly!!! My aunt, cousins, bro, dad and I paid lots of cash to play this 'underwater dive' trip under the crystal clear sea. It was that we sit in this 'motorbike' looking machine but does not have an engine, with a glass-helmet like thingy that covers your head so that you don't get wet(due to pressure). Then 'personal' divers will assist you by 'dragging' your 'motorbike' to the deep areas where there would be fish. And then we fed the fish with bread and they keep coming. It was a wonderful experience. We even got burnt CDs of the dive. But the bad part was that I was bitten by a parrot fish and I bled. :(
And when I attempted snorkelling(which was free) I kicked some coral by accident and got some abrasions on my 2 toes. :(
I had 3 plasters :(((
The next island, Sapi. We had buffet lunch there then I finally tried snorkelling again. This time I made sure not to kick any more coral. Lol. Dad bought some bottle-fish-food and we started feeding the fish. The fish were of a spontaneous variety and they kept coming!!The most were some black striped fish. I spotted some parrot fishes too and decided to avoid them!! And the best part was that I spotted a clownfish(nemo!!) and a butterfly fish!!!!

The best HOTEL was the nexus karumbunai one. 5 stars. It's got a giant plasma tv and a super spacious room with serene lighting and all. And it's got a beach linked to it!!!! Everyone went to play at the beach and waves. And we spotted tiny crabs too!!! When we walked at night, we actually spotted a big one size of your four fingers excluding thumb(LOL). AND the beach is full of moving sea-snail like creatures and when you dig up the sand at the end of a small trail in it, you would find one moving slowly!!! COOL.

YEPP. There are some other stuff but I don't want to write more luhh.

Going to Sabah is a good choice people!

YEP. I'm reading the book I bought yesterday. It's really cool. It's got a collectible card, a mini-poster and some exclusive hand drawn pics in it. And the scenarios are actually quite different from the actual manga/anime. A light read. I've read about 10 pages to the part when Allen Walker meets a girl lisa who lost her lover. XD Can't wait to read the fighting bits. But then its in traditional chinese so there's loads of words that I don't comprehend :'( Plus, it is written vertical, not horizontal. But I am getting used to it!!
I had diahorrea from yesterday to today but I am feeling better now.
My sabah trip is like, THIS SUNDAY. Omg. Can't wait. The last 2 days arh, is 5 star hotel eh!! HEHE. One of the best part of trips to me is to find out the type of hotel you'd be staying in. RIGHT? OOOH the fluffy bedding~~ XD

Sang karaoke at night with family a privately booked room of a restaurant near Malay Village!!!

Went out yesterday with my best friends from ATS!!! We met up at bishan mrt... then we went to bugis junction... Had lunch at Food Junction(food there damn exxx :( ) Then huiwen bought her ss501 magazine that costs 10 bucks from Kinokuniya(i lurve that bookstore... loads of manga!). But in secret. Cos' her mum won't allow her. HAHA. and I bought the taiwan manga magazine!!! OMG I didn't know it was available in S'pore!!! SO COOL!! So we walked around to Illuma and had most of our time in Comics Connection. Huiwen was ogling(haha) the korean boyband merchandise and i was looking at the manga collections. And then i spotted IT. D. Gray Man's spin-off series REVERSE!!! It was in chinese. OMG. I was practically screaming!!! I checked the contents with the salesperson and bought it... YEAH. Then National Library. We stayed for just half an hour. I borrowed 2 Kodocha mangas <3 whee hehe
Jennis went on a burping rampage and I kept laughing crazily... Sorry... I was on a high...
Lastly we went to AMK Hub with the intention to take neoprints. AND we spotted hwa jin in uniform with this aitong girl. GIRLFRIEND(?)
We transformed into stalkers(?!) and followed them a bit. Huiwen took some INTERESTING photos. OK fine. They weren't very clear. Then we followed them into amk hub interchange and then finally decided to leave them alone. haha. We couldn't stop laughing. I seriously hope they didn't see us. ><

THEN we went to take neoprints at the arcade of the top floor. It cost $9 but we split the cost. HAHA. It was fun. Since I had not taken a neoprint before. WELL virtually. Mum showed me a pic of family in a neoprint but I don't even remember taking it. HAHA. Then there was this photo whereby Jennis covered her face!!!! GAAAAAH you baka!! Then we decorated the photo gaudily (gyahahaha) and printed it out. It was NICE. :))))))
In the end we said goodbye... I took mrt and bus with huiwen. jennis had to go the other way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T_ T

yesterday my family had dinner with ah ma and my uncle's family and... my uncle twisted his ankle!!! So dad fetched him to Tan Tock Seng... And now I think he has to walk on crutches. Haix.
YEP and PSLE results were long out. My cousin got high enough to get into those independent schools like rgs. Smart. And the highest score goes to a China girl who got like 290? OMG. Crazily smart luhh. Alien. And my primary school's top student also very high leh!! 280 liddat!! WOW smart until can die sia. lols.
my dad promised to get me a new phone as soon as his contract expires. And I can only get one at like latest 29 Dec. what the. And only phones available in Singtel. He'll probably buy me those on promotion. But I really really want the Nokia 5230!!! It's a touchscreen!! And judging by my dad, he wouldn't be willing to buy me one of those samsung touchscreens. Haix. And my phone's always prepaid. But anyways I want the Nokia 5230 ok!!!

YEAH. Singaporean P6 students... BEWARE the pain of receiving your results today. CHECK OUT the top student... :s
I wonder who the heck the alien genius primary student of the year 2009 is.
ANYWAYS yesterday I went to school for this moving on ceremony cum mini sports day. AND YELLOW HOUSE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YELLLOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW HOOUUUSEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
We were made to sit in our house color so I was isolated, even when a sec 1 co girl who was also lonely wanted to sit with me. Because we didn't know each other well and so didn't talk much. It was... er... awkward.
ahem. then there was this REALLY boring mass thingy. Which was seriously irritating. I think it took like 1h? No offence.
And then one of those SOP unneccesary infamous speech by the principal herself.
FINALLY!!!!! We got to go and sit the free chartered buses to our new school location at TP. yanyi, yuehui and I squeezed in a two seater!!! I think yuehui was the most squeezed!!!!
Then we finally reached this school painted blue and white and went up these flight of seriously STEEP stairs to the hall. The HALL that is, was SMALL. It's width was about half of the original and the length was like 4 times smaller?? I sense suffering the the days to come. The teachers made us sing songs for a while. The pastor talked and sprayed some 'holy water' on us(which was in a waterbottle). Then we were FREE to explore. Overall the school is quite okay. But the canteen is PUNY and the hall is URGH. But I like the new surroundings cos' that means we get to study in a totally NEW environment!! It would be FUN. haha...

I have not updated for a few days so I am gonna quickly write the stuff I did.
1. My bro is back from 3 days ago. he said his camping was fun!
2. I went to Sentosa last Sunday for Dad's PUB family day...
3. Went to frog farm at Lim Chu Kang briefly to buy 16 frog legs 0 _ 0 (p.s it was yummy after being cooked by ah ma :D)

Today, I am apparently going to East Coast Park with my cousins. I seriously don't want to. WTH. I have better things to do than go to that weirdo place. And my aunt is stuck in a luft at AMK Hub. LOL.

Tomorrow I am going to st nick's moving ceremony and meeting up with yuehui there. I wonder whats so great about blowing up the idea of moving to a micro-compound. the school's sadistic!!!!! XD

It pains me to know that November is ending soon. here's the equation:

I have read 300 or so pages of Eragon, by Christopher Paolini... It's really really COOOOL. If you like fantasy and Harry Potter books you're sure to fall in love with this one. But it's quite slow-moving at times. But yeah, it's an intruiging story and my favourite storybook genres is science fiction and fantasy!! I never liked twilight. :(
I can't wait to know the end of the story!!
AND guess what---I am going to attend some idiotic karatae trial lesson which lasts 2hrs today, at 7pm. Forced. What the. >:s

Bro went to report to school for the Bintan trip early this morning. He won't be back until sunday. he didn't even say goodbye to me!! WHAT THE.
ANYWAY I went the Toa Payoh library just now. Again. And I borrowed 4 fruits basket manga(again) and the novel Eragon!!! I've just read 2 chapts of eragon and it's really descriptive and fantasy-dream-like. COOOOOL. And I successfully finished reading like all the current chapters of Yankee-kun to Megane-chan on a website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOHOHOHO~~

Also, my dad is currently obsessed with the korean drama "painter of the wind". He keeps watching the episodes like mad on mysoju. He 变 Auntie 型了!!! HAHA! LOL!

yeah I watched 2012 today at Toa Payoh's Entertainment Center at 2.05pm!!
It was thrilling... Animations and stuff. But some parts are quite slow-moving and made me fidget in my chair. And the 'tear-jerking' parts? I was resting my head on bro's cinema chair and resting my eyes. lol. Overall, I'd say I didn't like it. but Dad and bro do. A LOT. I dunno why!!
Then after that we went to toa payoh library. I borrowed some Fruits basket manga!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROCKS!!! And my bro borrowed some info books...
Btw he is going to Bintan tomorrow for 3 days. A cca Uniform Gp trip. So cool luhh. :((
Then we went to ah ma's house for dinner again. Cayden (my 1plus yr old cousin)was there. He can say "I want mummy" now. Cute. :3

Happy 100th post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAHAHA. I went to Body Worlds exhibition@ Science Centre today in the morning!!! School organised.
Dad fetched me, yuehui and yanyi there!!! We were like 20mins early :))))
And then it took like another 1h of meaningless waiting before we could get into the Science Centre's exhibits. :[
We had this little lecture thing about the exhibition which left yuehui and me yawning... Although it was supossed to be interesting...
Then we finally entered. It was nice.... Like the preserved bodies. but they looked FAKE. like made out of plastic. Actually they are... but... Wadever... LOL.

I decided that the liver(or wadever thing i forgot) display looked like a guava/dragonfruit... HAHA... REALLY...
then we ventured out for lunch at mc's. yuehui, yanyi, nicia, denise and louisa. Had cheeseburger upsized extra value meal and thus got 8 monopoly tiles. AIYA dumb de. Got free iced latte instant win!! :D
we decided to stay longer so we wandered around the 'curiousity" shop for awhile then we went to the super hi-tech ispace exhibit for about 30mins plus...
Then yanyi had to go home because she wante to watch a show called "feng yun"... haha. So yuehui and I followed her to get to the Jurong East MRT... We crapped on the mrt LOL then yanyi got off at AMK station. yuehui and I alighted at Bishan's one then I wanted to go library so she followed :D
We browsed the books then i introduced some manga to yuehui and then she was like...
*browses through for awhile*
"help me put back to the shelf..."

"i don't find it funny leh"
AIYO eh. Phenomenal sia... Got ppl dun like manga de...

In the end i borrowed like 6 books.
THEN we went to mcdonalds'. yuehui bought vanilla ice-cream... then i collect my ice latte... And we talked crap again... :D

LALALA. Bored.

I spend most of my days playing comp.... Going out for lunch with family... play PSP... Same same HAHA.

I unlocked Xiaoqiao yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dynasty Warriors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i could play Dynasty warriors 6... Mine old version 3 only :(((

ANYWAYS yesterday i watched Auntine也灌篮. Pirated de. My whole family watched it and it was damn lame and stupid. Not funny except for certain parts... Don't watch it luhh... Not worth the time and $$$ ok?
And like a few days ago I watched "Where got Ghost?" Jack Neo one. FUNNY!!! A lot of dialect jokes which might offend some civilised people... But I uncivilised mah... So I find it funny... bro and I didn't stop joking about it after watching the whole thing for days. LOL.
I wanna watch 2012!! The movie just came out and it's so super COOOOL. Special effects...
AND Dad is forcing me to do math homework. As in he set de. :(((((((((((( WABIANG.
